Position Overview:

This position will lead the marketing efforts for our diverse product portfolio, which includes a B2B enterprise ERP solution and a SaaS -based workflow management product. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C domains, with a proven track record of driving growth and brand visibility.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement tailored marketing strategies for B2B and B2C markets.
  • Conduct market research to understand target audience preferences, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends.
  • Design and execute demand-generation campaigns for the B2B product, targeting businesses and decision-makers.
  • Drive user acquisition and retention strategies for the B2C SaaS product through targeted digital campaigns.
  • Develop product-specific messaging that resonates with B2B clients (focus on ROI, productivity, and efficiency) and B2C users (emphasize user experience, value, and affordability).
  • Collaborate with content teams to create case studies, whitepapers, blogs, and promotional materials.
  • Optimize online presence through SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email campaigns.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to refine digital marketing tactics and increase conversions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and nurturing efforts for B2B accounts.
  • Develop marketing collateral, including product presentations, demos, and training materials.
  • Plan and manage industry events, webinars, and trade shows to increase product visibility.
  • Build partnerships to expand the reach of both B2B and B2C products.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management with actionable recommendations.

Academic Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills/Job Specification:

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with hands-on involvement in both B2B and B2C product marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in SaaS and enterprise solution marketing is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms.
  • Understanding of the customer journey in both B2B and B2C contexts.
  • Creative thinker with an analytical approach to solving marketing challenges.
