Roles and Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Strategy:
- Conduct market research to identify and evaluate emerging opportunities in international markets.
- Business Development:
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in international markets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, clients, and partners.
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and pricing with international clients.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create region-specific campaigns and initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, and logistics) to align business goals and deliver exceptional service.
- Partnership and Relationship Management:
- Establish partnerships with local entities to strengthen market presence.
- Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Develop and achieve sales targets for international territories.
- Create detailed forecasts and performance reports for upper management.
- Ensure consistent pipeline growth and conversion across global markets.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and business practices.
- Organizational Roles:
- Adhere to the Code of Conduct in a manner that is consistent with both its spirit and intent.
- Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, standards, and practices.

- Raise any issues or concerns in a manner consistent with the company’s complaints and grievance guidelines.
- To actively participate in team activities, including actively participating in the Performance Development and Review program to ensure individual and team desired key performance indicators are achieved.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in export sales or international trade management, particularly in the FMCG sector.
- Proven track record in managing distribution channels and growing sales.
- Should be willing to traveling for work when the company specifies.
- Understanding of international trade laws and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other digital applications.
