Position Overview

This position is responsible for researching and developing compelling content strategies, crafting high-quality written materials (articles, blogs, press releases, video scripts, etc.), and managing daily social media activities. You will be expected to stay on top of industry trends, monitor media coverage, and support various promotional and communication initiatives. This role is ideal for a passionate storyteller with a flair for digital engagement and content development across diverse industries.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop content strategies and conduct research in the agriculture, manufacturing, renewable energy, and construction industries.
  • Brainstorm and develop creative content ideas; write engaging articles, blog posts, social media content, and video scripts/reels; and schedule posts across various social media platforms.
  • Write and edit documents such as press releases, news pieces, blogs, case studies, and other relevant materials.
  • Good understanding of popular social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Youtube).
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, competitor activities, platform updates, and content strategies that drive engagement and shareability.
  • Monitor news coverage related to the company and its competitors across online and offline channels.
  • Assist the team with other promotional and communication activities as needed.

Academic Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field. (Master’s preferred but not mandatory)

Skills/Job Specification:

  • Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in content writing, communications, or social media handling. Freshers with strong writing portfolios may also be considered.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills are needed in English and Nepali
  • Proficiency in Canva and social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social etc.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Conduct research to support high-quality, informative content creation.
  • Analytics and Reporting skills
