Position Overview –
This position is responsible to support Human Resources department by handling administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, and assisting with payroll and benefits administration. This role ensures smooth HR operations by providing essential support in onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement while maintaining compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various HR verticals to ensure seamless execution of HR operations and initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires, including documentation, system registration, payroll account setup, and orientation to ensure a smooth transition.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and generate timely reports for payroll processing, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and manage official HR documents, including letters, contracts, and agreements, in alignment with departmental requirements.
- Support engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback collection, and the development of action plans to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Draft, review, and update HR-related memos, process flows, and other necessary documents to streamline operations.
- Support change management programs and contribute to the execution of strategic HR projects.
- Collaborate and support relevant teams in employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and action plans.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns, escalating issues to senior management as required.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with the company’s values and culture.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating training sessions, workshops, and development programs for employees.
Academic Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management.
Skills/Job Specification:
- At least one year of work experience in an HR function within a corporate organization.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information System) tools
- Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality.
