Job Title: Civil Engineer

Position Overview:
This position will be responsible for planning, designing, and ensuring the successful execution of solar power plant infrastructure, including site grading, foundations, and structural components.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor site construction activities per the project plan.
- Coordinate with EPC Contractors for smooth site execution.
- Conduct joint material inspections and certify receipts.
- Monitor solar power plant facility construction and progress.
- Verify and certify EPC Contractor running bills.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and HSE guidelines.
- Review project planning, scheduling, and progress reports.
- Conduct regular meetings with EPC Contractors to monitor progress.
- Liaise with government/local authorities as required.
- Ensure execution as per Quality Control and Safety Plans.
- Supervise site work and progress reporting to HO.
- Coordinate with engineers to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Verify civil works, ensuring adherence to drawings and schedule.
- Inspect and certify testing methods for construction materials.
Academic Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Skills/Job Specification:
- Proven experience of at least 3-5 years, with at least 2 years in executing ground-mounted solar projects (MW scale)
- 2+ years of experience within the solar or renewable energy industry
- Strong knowledge of solar technologies, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
