Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Implement the brand’s identity, vision, and strategy to align with its luxury positioning.
  • Create and maintain a brand calendar for launches, campaigns, and seasonal activities.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, competitors, and emerging trends in luxury apparel.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies, including digital, print, and experiential campaigns.
  • Lead the development of marketing collaterals such as look books, brochures, and packaging.
  • Manage photoshoots and video productions to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with advertising agencies, PR teams, and influencers to amplify brand visibility.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that drive brand awareness and revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of branding efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and merchandising teams to ensure alignment with the brand’s aesthetic and quality standards.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with external stakeholders, including agencies, photographers, stylists, and media.
  • Oversee the execution of brand-related events such as product launches, trunk shows, and pop-ups.
  • Manage budgets for marketing and branding initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Maintain awareness of industry regulations and ensure brand compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Academic Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

Skills/Job Specification:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the luxury or apparel industry.
  • Proven track record in launching or scaling a brand successfully.
  • Strong understanding of luxury branding and consumer behavior.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to see the big picture and translate it into actionable plans.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and the ability to craft compelling brand stories.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
