POSITION OVERVIEW:
This position is responsible for coordinating, collecting, and consolidating data from multiple departments—such as warehouse, purchase, sales, and administration—and preparing comprehensive reports on key performance indicators (KPIs). These reports provide critical insights into sales trends, stock levels, and product performance across all business verticals.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Co-ordinate to collect and consolidate data from various departments such as warehouse, purchase, sales, admin
- Prepare regular MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on KPIs like sales performance, most selling products, least selling products across all verticals, replenishment of stock on time, season time product requirement, non-season time product requirement, stock levels.
- Create and maintain database of farmers from surrounding regions.
- Research, explore and source demanded products from the farmers.
- Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking.
- Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelors’s Degree completed in General Management
SKILLS/JOB SPECIFICATION:
- 3 to 4 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical skill.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with distribution networks and operations.
- Must have two-wheeler and driving license.
