POSITION OVERVIEW:
This position is responsible for driving the growth and visibility of the company’s eco-friendly and organic products. This role involves building strong customer relationships, expanding market reach, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end sales process. The Sales Officer is responsible for highlighting the unique value of the company’s sustainable product offerings to consumers and strategic partners, including retail outlets, restaurants, fitness centers, and online platforms.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Highlight company’s eco-friendly, organic products to appeal to markets and consumers
• Join alliances with shops, restaurants, fitness facilities, and e-commerce sites.
• Prepare samples for promotion. Design brand-specific packaging - Develop customer base, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Assure client satisfaction by offering top-notch support, getting input, and making constant improvements in response to their requirements and preferences.
• Weekly updates on consumer expectations will be communicated to the staff, and written comments will be recorded. - Collect sales order from customer and transfer to delivery team
• Collect and validate the customer’s order, checking the product name and product specifications, delivery location, and share the details to operation team for product packing and delivery. Make sure the order details are correct.
• Maintain customer data customer name, contact, location, purchase items, quantity, delivery time, and payment status.
• Follow up and coordinate for the order completion - Coordinate with operation team for smooth operation
• Inform about the item, location, contact information, and terms of payment for the delivery to operation team
• Any Information like stock, daily supply, new production plan should be shared prior weekly to plan smooth sales and marketing. - Ensure collection on time
• Ensure payment terms and timelines are clearly communicated to the customer
• Support finance team in connecting with the customer for collection if there is any problem - Coordinate with Marketing team for as assigned by Manager for various marketing and promotion activities

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s Degree in General Management
SKILLS/JOB SPECIFICATION:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales of FMCG.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and sales-related tools/software.
- Analytical skills for market trend analysis and decision-making.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Familiarity with distribution networks and sales operations.
