Position Overview:
This position will be responsible to oversee and manage the execution of solar energy projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring the successful delivery of solar power installations while maintaining quality, safety, and budgetary compliance.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage solar power projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and stakeholders for seamless project execution
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance.
- Communicate project progress and resolve any client or stakeholder concerns.
- Oversee post-installation support and system commissioning
Academic Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in B.E./B. Tech/M.E. /M. Tech–Electrical/Civil/Renewable Energy or related field
Skills/Job Specification:
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in project management within the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Strong knowledge of solar technologies, regulations, and industry standards.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and teams.
- PMP or related project management certification preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
