Job responsibilities

  • Develop HORECA and institutional sales channels via cold calls, visits and other leads.
  • Identify and create database of prospective market and clients.
  • Responsible on follow up to new and existing clients to promote sales and product.
  • Analyze the market and create sales proposal for entering the new institutions for early benefits.
  • Prepare and run SMS, and email campaigns for sales promotion.
  • Prepare, organize and execute sales generation activities at the targeted institutions base and take feedback for analysis and future course of action.
  • Develop and suggest new innovative ideas to maximize sales volume and market goodwill.
  • Coordinate regularly with SCM team and ensure that quality products are being delivered to the institutional customers.
  • Prepare sales and customer data report and submit to management as and when required.
  • Responsible for outstanding management and follow the credit control mechanisms with adherence of financial discipline.
  • Build and promote solid, long-lasting client connections with institutional channels by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Research regularly and provide realistic, thoughtful, and candid insights into relevant business matters.
  • To actively participate in team activities, including actively participating in the performance development and review program to ensure individual and team’s desired key performance indicators are achieved.

Job Specifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales of FMCG in Institutions (HORECA).
  • Bachelor’s degree must be completed.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and sales-related tools/software.
  • Analytical skills for market trend analysis and decision-making.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
  • Familiarity with distribution networks and sales operations.
  • Must have two-wheeler and driving license.
