POSITION OVERVIEW:

This position is responsible for preparation, execution, and monitoring of the Crop/Cultivation Calendar, and will be actively involved in farm operations when required. The role demands strong analytical skills to identify operational trends and opportunities through data analysis, as well as effective communication skills to liaise with vendors, suppliers, and customers, including those based internationally. Additionally, the APMO supports budgeting processes for different farm projects, ensures the timely sharing of information with support functions, and helps drive governance to address and resolve operational issues. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of agriculture, project coordination, and stakeholder management, contributing directly to the efficiency and success of the farm operations.

 KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible as an interface between Head Office and Jhapa Farms
  • Co-ordinate with all team in Jhapa farms and collate data with respect to harvesting details, dispatch updates, and daily work progress
  • Assist the PMO in preparation and adherence to the Crop/Cultivation Calendar.
  • Conducting data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and potential opportunities.
  • Co-ordinate with vendors, suppliers and all internal as well as external stakeholders of the farms
  • Liaising with customers inside/outside Nepal
  • Assist PMO in farm operation as and when required.
  • Responsible to collect and then provide regular data/info to the support functions
  • Drive governance for resolving operational issues
  • Assist the PMO to manage budget for various project
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or equivalent
SKILLS/JOB SPECIFICATION:
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in Agriculture. Must have experience working in Guava
  • Good communication skill
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced FMCG environment
