Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Strategy:
    • Conduct market research to identify and evaluate emerging opportunities in international markets.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in international markets.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, clients, and partners.
    • Negotiate contracts, agreements, and pricing with international clients.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to create region-specific campaigns and initiatives.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, and logistics) to align business goals and deliver exceptional service.
  • Partnership and Relationship Management:
    • Establish partnerships with local entities to strengthen market presence.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:
    • Develop and achieve sales targets for international territories.
    • Create detailed forecasts and performance reports for upper management.
    • Ensure consistent pipeline growth and conversion across global markets.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and business practices.
  • Organizational Roles:
    • Adhere to the Code of Conduct in a manner that is consistent with both its spirit and intent.
    • Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, standards, and practices.
    • Act with honesty, integrity, and good faith at all times.
    • Raise any issues or concerns in a manner consistent with the company’s complaints and grievance guidelines.
    • To actively participate in team activities, including actively participating in the Performance Development and Review program to ensure individual and team desired key performance indicators are achieved.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in export sales or international trade management, particularly in the FMCG sector.
  • Proven track record in managing distribution channels and growing sales.
  • Should be willing to traveling for work when the company specifies.
  • Understanding of international trade laws and regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other digital applications.
